To say that we were completely alone riding our bikes through the highest mountains in the Peruvian Andes isn’t entirely true. We may have seen a person every couple of days, but these fluffy, adorable creatures also made great company, and there were at least a hundred a day. It might get cold, but it doesn’t get old.
